Vancouver City Savings Credit Union (VanCity)Change management and communications strategy and program execution, communications training, external and internal communications managementOur work with VanCity began in 1997, first as VanCity spearheaded the creation of a national cooperative financial institution that brought together up to 16 credit unions from across Canada. We acted as communications project manager for the national community bank (NCB) group during that time. Working with VanCity senior management, our senior consultant developed and executed a change management and communications plan to support a significant internal re-engineering project. This work included development of plans for various components of the project, documents and materials to support the plans, presentation skills coaching, and the development of a unique change management communications seminar for executives and for branch management. |
